Got an email from Threadless for 40% off excluding Artist Shops and during my order found out that shipping was free too (might not be applicable anymore). Seems to still work with a new order so I do not believe it's targeted. E-mail states 'the code expires on November 24th at noon CT' which I assume should be 5am AEDT tomorrow.

Must have got lucky somehow. I just looked at their shipping info and they have set prices for weight shipped, no mention of free shipping anywhere.
I just bought one women's tank top for $US10.50 and got free shipping. When I added a men's shirt shipping was charged (so husband missed out!).
Awesome. Haven't bought any in a couple years due to the massive price increase over the past years. I remember back in the days when they were <$10.
I ordered ~10 and they are coming in 3 shipments.
One of the shipments was free, which included the T's that were ~$17.50each.
I reckon that if your order consists of only these price-ranged tops it'll be free.

Discount comes off the already reduced prices which is great :-) Ordered 4 tees, incl a long sleeved, and got free shipping. Separate order for a couple of sweatshirts and was charged US $16.50 shipping, negating the discount rather, but still, Aus $34 total each still ok by me. (Note that when all were in my cart together, shipping was heaps more expensive, even tho' tees ship free when not with the sweats….go figure!)
Some quite good designs from here. Added two shirts and didn't get free shipping though, how much did you order?
Edit: Filled my cart up to $100 and still no free shipping. Hmm..
