I beleive these were included with Happy Meals a few years ago.
Wouldn't recommend this seller as I had very bad experience with them. My order was delayed more than one month, they ignored my emails and didn't want to give me refund. Luckily Paypal helped me to get the refund as the end.
I have dealt with dragonext all the time through ebay, ive always had 100% success and have dealt with them a few times. But can find the item cheaper on focal or dx

Also the X360 cable and USB charging dock I purchased from DragonExt never arrived. Been over 3 weeks now and not even a single email. Not impressed.

It does use ink, it's special ink that can only be seen using a black light - which is what would be on the back end of the pen.
Also, particularly cheap blacklight inks can be seen using a regular white light source, and just moving the angle around - you can see a "glaze" where the writing is, depending on the surface. Just a heads up. :)
