      I personally prefer dealing direct with Bose so there are no warranty issues.

        Dealing with Myer or JB would also not have any warranty issues. Infact buy from Myers and get their Product care for extra $20-$30 and you are cool for 3 years. Any dramas, they replace the headphones - no questions asked

    QC20 price matched/beat at Myer $270, sales was fuss free, even asked me to choose colour and if wanted Samsung device one.

        The buttons don't work as designed. I think the volume buttons of QC20i don't work on android
