    I did take advantage of this last time it was posted and the deal was a good one, and the goods were delivered quickly. However the payment was processed in Auckland NZ and I did get charged a foreign payment fee on my credit card. The charge was small so it was no big deal to me but it might be a good idea to let folks know in advance.

      Hi GeeZed, thank you for the feedback and I'm really glad to hear you enjoyed the deal and got quick delivery. I will take this credit card charging issue up the line as it has been an issue only with a couple of select banks. In the majority of cases there should be no credit card bank feecharged, I will check exactly what banks it is happening with and will get back to you.

        Hi ykwon10, thankyou for the feedback, we are working to figure out which banks are charging this fee and will be seeking to resolve the issue. It does not happen with the majority of banks. Can we ask what percentage they charged (amount?)

    -Are products coming from New Zealand, because it takes more than normal delivery.
    -About a product. Joseph Joseph salad bowl. In description it says green colour. Is it the shown in the picture?

      Hi Wanda, probably duct is shipped from NZ. a lot of customers actually tell us that our product arrives more quickly than they are used to, average delivery time is 4-6 days.       Yeah - very bummed about this.
      I put about $300 worth of stuff in my shopping cart. Went to check with 'the boss' that evening.
      When I logged back in my shopping cart was empty and almost all the specials were gone?!?!
      WTF?
      If you put them back again I might buy something.

      those things were on sale only yesterday accordingly to the main page of the website, but I would like to mention, that I put my order at around 10.00 pm, but right away after checkout, some items went out of sale to normal prices (could be still a couple of hours with sale prices, but no). I bought what I wanted, so cannot complain, but I was thinking to put another order tonight.
