I've got an Ozito electric lawnmower, good for small lawns but my advice is to make sure you keep the receipt because if this trimmer meets the standard of my lawnmower you'll be returning it under warranty.
I love the 2 or 3 year warranty, taken 2 lawnmowers back now and had them replaced with ease - the first one after a year, the second one another year later. As long as you've got your receipt they'll do a straight swap (Ozito is like Bunnings' own brand).We had an ozito lawn mower. It made a "pop" noise one day and that was the end of it. It's the only ozito thing that really failed on me.
Was previously $149 for most of the year and then $129 last month.
I believe the price dropped is due to the Aldi sale starting 19 Nov, but it is likely to go up again.
Just don't run over the cord…

Went and had a play with one in Bunnings, to be honest it felt like a kids toy!
I haven't checked out the aldi one yet to compare though
I wouldn't buy anything other than a petrol one as cabels are so annoying when using outdoor mowers/trimmers
I owned a petrol chainsaw but last week bought a Worx electric chainsaw, not as powerful, but my hands are cleaner ( do not have to fill in oil or mix the oil) and easier to use.
Petrol edger would be more expensive though, but can cut the lawn on the kerb without the long extension cord, is personal preference.
I prefer the Ozito handle bar than the Aldi handle.Yesterday local Bunnings has no stock on the shelves. Not sure whether they replenish them subsequently.
I saw something similar at Aldi today. Must be to compete with them.
