  Since they are showing a typical Xbox One game case along and no mention of Windows 10 then it will most likely be a disc copy.
  
  Also, it has a delivery charge of £1.49 to Australia - could be a digital download code on a card, but I still think it is a disc copy.

It is a physical copy and base.com are great.
The game is also decent.
Delivery is usually 7-10 days. Highly recommended them!
