Starting Thursday 1 July, Aldi is selling the Kodak Zx1 Camcorder for $99.
Not the best pocket video camera in the world but well worth $99.

Cheapest on SI is about $125
720p HD
2.0" LCD screen
Built-in video software to edit videos and easily upload to your computer
Includes 2 x AA rechargeable batteries and battery charger
So wait, you can record in 720P HD? How long can you record, in terms of battery life and before you run out of space?
Had a bit of a check and found a review

For $99 I suppose it's not a bad price point. It seems when you record in 720P though you can only record 30FPS as opposed to 60fps in lower res.
