Love the inclusion of fruit and veg!

    • +5

You may be disappointed by the topless pineapples.

    • +3

Yes, but the fruit and veg specials are State-specific IRC

      • indeed - not to mention other fresh specials start friday

        • Tonester: Wine and fruit and veg!

My fridge is still full of $1.99 broccoli. Incidentally, I find it amazing that I hardly saw anyone else buying broccoli. Healthy, cheap and tasty. What's not to like? ๐Ÿ˜Š

How big are the starburst medium bags for $1? If it's the 170/180g bags then that's a good deal

          Got 4 birthdays

I didn't know you can bank b'days! or were you born on 29 Feb & get to use them all up in a leap year?

        • +1

@supabrudda: It's either one or the other, I'll keep you guessing.

        • why would ozbargainer buy star burst even if it's on sale. Cheap generic candy for you. Can tell after you take the packaging out anyway, served in a bowl

        • +5

@holyland: That's not how to Ozbargain. The best bargain is a quality product at a cheap price.

180g is good for at least three hyperactivity peaks and sugar crashes.

        • +5

          YES!!
Just finished the last of my stock from the last sale probably 9 months ago.

The dark roasted crunchy is so damn good. I just attack it with a spoon half the time.

        • @Hoju:
thanks buddy, i will give it a go this wednesday.

        • +3

          @baldur:
+1 for the dark roasted one
I also like the cacao super spread.
Don't know what heinz natural spread taste like, but I find Kraft sweet and 'unnatural'. I usually buy the Sanitarium one.

If it's your first time buying this brand there is a layer of oil that u have to mix in before u eat.

        • +1

@Hoju: Damn you for mentioning the dark roasted crunchy… now I'll have to buy that and the standard one to taste :P

        • +1

was gonna say kraft. it was understood, though :)

        • @Hoju: Yep. Haven't been this cheap since March.
