They have discontinued this sofa so it's being cleared out at this low price. If you're into this Scandi style then it's a great buy, especially judging from the price of Freedom sofas generally.

I have one of these in a discontinued color (very dark navy), which I bought 2nd hand as Freedoms prices are just too high for what you get.
It is not great quality, but for $500 it will be pretty good. The normal price they used to have was just way too much.

Any idea why I should get this over ikea sofa? For example http://www.ikea.com/au/en/catalog/products/S19132699/ which is actually wider 3-seat sofa but same price.
The karlstadt has really cheap looking wooden legs and personally I find it far too firm (my mate has one) but it's personal taste.
