EB have often refused to match their own website. It's a (profanity) of confusion dealing with these tards so don't assume anything.
They are difficult people to deal with when it comes to matching their own prices online, I never get it. I just go down to store like JB Hi Fi, they will match and EB lose a sale.

Yep. I reckon I've tried to buy at least $500 to $1000 worth of gear from EB on a match price over the years, only to walk a little further to a JB's store and they match no worries.
I keep trying because they have the better store location, but it always fascinates me how they are prepared to throw away so much business.

@UFO: I'd love nothing more than to see that UFO. They are way over priced, force feed you upsells, pre orders and pre owned garbage every time you buy there and have an arrogant attitude when it comes to price matching like they're doing you a massive favour for selling something at a realistic price. That's when they actually do it and don't pull out some excuse that's on the nose like "we'll only go 20% below shelf prices" which seems to be popular at the moment.

Titanfall 1 multiplayer only game and at least on PC everyone has stopped playing.

These are the original XBO which has been replaced by the XBO S model. Which is smaller and includes a 4K UHD Bluray drive, HDR support and slight bump to its GPU power.
These old XBO models are just being cleared, so if you want cheap you should get in on it now before they all go.

I bought Titanfall 1 from EB yesterday for 5 bucks new, price matched an old deal on here from Target clearing it out. Gotta love OzB.
Anyhoo, they seemed pretty keen to get rid of the game then, and now this, might have a fair few copies left over.
Anyway, it does, or mine did at least, come with a 2 day trial of Xbox Gold in there, so since it's all online only, you can at least check it out for 48 hours before using a month trial or ponying up the money to play it.
Gears looks nice, but it would probably be better to just grab Gears 4 and get the original version of Gears 1, in addition to 2, 3, and Judgment, as well as number 4 obviously.
All that being said, 250 for the console on it's own would be a good deal, so chucking in a couple of decent, albeit cheap, games with it just sweetens the deal.
I'm probably gonna point a couple of last gen-er's I know at this in the hopes of digging them out of the stone age, even though I'd prefer they get PS4s

Tutorial can be done offline, and if I get the odd game here and there I'll be fine, I look on it as five bucks spent on a sort of demo of Titanfall 2. If I like what I see, I'll pick up T2, if not, well, saved myself some dosh instead.
I used to play the shit out of COD Ghosts on Wii U, at best there would be a few hundred people online at a time, we NEVER had trouble finding a game, if Titanfall has as good of a matchmaking system as that, then I'll be right, cheers for the heads up though buddy :)
titanfall is $9 in EB's current preowned sale and its worthless since its an online-only game (and not many people are playing it anymore).

well assuming GoW ultimate edition is worth about $20 the xbox is worth $228 i guess, but you wont ever be able to sell titanfall for $9, so its money in the bin.

Gears of War, is not a great game, this is the old Xbox one with a big brick, avoid at all costs.
I will buy one for $99.
Don't know why so many down votes, it's true the old one is huge and still requires a power brick which sucks.
