Would never buy a can of Pringles again, they're absolute rubbish since the manufacturing plant change. Been spending the last few months buying out my local petrol station of the USA made version. Sadly they're all gone now too. RIP Pringles :(

I don't like Pringles but for 65 cents that's a nice breakfast when I'm in a rush. No free coke here too. I never seem to get these targeted free offers from Coles.
Mate of mine told me Coles employees have free 250ml cans as well.

It's not too different from the original coke.
I tried it , tasted exactly like it says coke & ginger .You can definitely taste the ginger .
I think it taste like the difference between sprite and ginger beer.

I bought one, it was $1.60. It wasn't the best drink I've had in my life, but it wasn't the worst either. Could hardly taste the Ginger, but that was probably a good thing. I'll see if I can get one. Probably not.

I think their best 'new' flavour was diet coke with lime!
Wish they brought it back with coke zero instead. Just like how Pepsi has brought out Pepsi max with lime.

I'm obsessed with this ginger coke. It's coke with a little less bite but a nice hint of ginger.
Ginger coke is very nice. It's great if you like coke and ginger beer! The ginger flavour is not overwhelming the coke so it's very balanced.
Had a go at the new Ginger Coke. Taste like 3/4 Coke and 1/4 Ginger Ale.
To be honest, I would prefer either Coke or Ginger Ale straight up, but I also wouldnt say no if I was given one for free.
Definitely a lot better than some of the new flavour twists that have come out recently from the soft drink manufacturers.
I cannot see any way this thing is going to be successful.
Coke have made so many blunders over the years introducing new products or rebranding existing ones that completely flop. Lift->Fanta Lemon->New Lift (trying to compete with Solo). Coke Life. Now this.
I feel bad for the supermarkets and their soon to be mass loads of unsold stock that will go off.
Whether Ginger is good or not is irrelevant. I liked Lift/Fanta Lift. Doesn't mean it will do well though. Coke drinkers are unadventurous. The top sellers are normal Coke and Coke Zero.

I feel coke's biggest threat is the rising social trend of focusing on what we eat. Trying to invent new flavours won't bring back those who have moved away from sugary drinks - it's not the flavour of the drink they are avoiding.
So coke decide to release a plethora of low-sugar varieties, but because they lack the sugar, they also lack the addictive qualities of original coke that caused the sugar rush and subsequent cravings.
In my opinion, coke has had its day and these attempts to release new recipes come across as desperation. The only way coke will regain the customer base it once had would be to try and undo the scientific advances we've seen in dietary studies and the influence of sugar on our health, which we all know they are throwing plenty of money at.
Hey. While we are talking about ginger drinks when i was in the UK ginger beer was generaly 'firey' or spiced ( aka Jamaican i think) and I loved it - back home I dont see anything like it. Any one know of a brand that does spicy ginger beer?
Bundaberg bring out a spiced one for Christmas, i really like it , should be hitting the shelves any day usually comes in a 4pk & is simply called Bundaberg ginger beer spiced.Might not be as spicy as what you'd like but maybe worth a try .

Just picked one up today, they only had them in 12 packs or something but I asked a team member where I could find one and they brought lots out from the back and put them at the front.

I just wished more places stocked Sprite Zero. Sometimes I don't want the sugar or the caffeine.
I'm the same, get so sick of the cola flavours sometimes, Sprite Zero is quite refreshing when cold. Hard to find anywhere except supermarkets. Also try the Coles brand sugar free lemondade it's quite nice for a change and only 75c per 1.25L bottle.
Hmm no targeted coke ginger, but I do have a free 21 day Goodlife Gym trial. Looks like it's completely free.

So how does this compare to Vanilla Coke? That's still my all time favourite.
Personally it tasted like ginger beer, not like coke. Compared to vanilla coke, well nothing like it. Ginger coke is more crisp with a mild spicy "ginger beer" aftertaste. Whereas Vanilla coke tastes more like coke but with a creamy aftertaste.
