I've only just noticed today (really haven't had the time to look in to it) that I now only get 1.5 points per $1 on AMEX and a crazy low 0.5 points per $1 on Visa. It used to be 2 points and 1 point respectively. When did this change? Why did they make it worse? It's bad enough that my Woolies points don't convert across anymore. I used to earn up to 100k points a year, but now it's November and I'm only on 42k.

Woolworths changed their system a while ago and created outrage, they have gone back to a different system again recently
I don't shop there nor care for it but that would explain the huge point loss you normally get
Its a wonder though, probably due to all the free points give aways with new cards, they had to draw the line somewhere and did the whole sneaky point per $ lowering to compensate
No such thing as a free lunch :)
