Great price but you always have to be careful with the foam earmuffs as they're prone to tearing quite easily. Had the same issue with the PLa's (PS3 version of this).

  • Just ordered mine great stuff

Heyyyyy turtle beach priced at what its worth!

    Jk

    • Woah

    • Zing! But accurate.

  • Are these actually any good? Looking for a cheap pair.

    • +1

There's quite a few reviews on YouTube.

  • OP, Shipping costs differ, depending on your location. Not a flat $7.95 as stated.

Not sure where you live. I checked Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, and they all came up as $7.95. Add Darwin to the list - $7.95. Are you in Antarctica?

      • Yes, I'm in Antarctica, how'd you know?

  • Seems like a good deal and all considering the normal price, but

"normally $49.95. Won't suit anybody looking for high quality"

If I'm paying 50 bucks for a set of headphones, they'd better damn well be high quality. Nothing's topped the pair of TDK headphones I got from Dickies back in 2012 for 25 bucks (half price).

Depends what you regard as high quality. If $50 bought you a high quality headset, there would'nt be much of a market for $400 - $500 headsets. Not everyone would agree that a $25 pair of TDK headphones are high quality. Everyone's different, and the market caters for that.

      • I get that, obviously, and if you're after a super high quality experience odds are even if it was the same set, you wouldn't be satisfied with the cheaper option.

Obviously you can pay a lot for anything and most of the time you do pay for what you get. What I mean to say though, is you can get some really good quality stuff for 50 bucks, and 50 bucks is still 50 bucks, so you'd want them to at least be good enough that the words "wouldn't suit anyone looking for high quality" don't come up in its introduction.

        • You're point is completely lost on the fact that these are $9.95. If they were $49.95, we wouldn't be here. Good enough? These are good enough, like my description says. Are they high quality? No. Are they decent quality? Reviews indicate yes.

  • Solid headphones for the price. Quite durable too.

I have zero need for this but i bought it anyway, lol

    • I saw that, but I kind of don't blame them with the way eBay gouges sellers these days.

  • It's always good to have an extra pair If you know what I mean.

  • How does it compare to the Xbox Stereo headset?

Also I assume the mic works with Xbox one party chat etc?

  • thanks. always good to have a spare set

Thanks OP bought it for my non-trash talking 12 year old son.

  • Well, had it ready for delivery today, saw that it said it has been delivered on the tracking history, and guess what? It's not at the house… How do I proceed with this?

    • Ignore this, just heard a bang at my doorstep and see the package on the floor 4 hours after it was supposed to of been delivered. lol
