        I got that status since the 26th. Still waiting. But I had another tracking company.

        I think they are using singpost.com to send. U might be able to see if you can track it on that site as well.

        I live in Brisbane but it also seems they are shipping to Sydney first for some reason :/

          @mikkim4eva: Yeah, lol. To be honest, I'm very confused I contacted Auspost before and they said it hasn't arrived in Australia yet. I then contacted Singapore Post support team and they said it arrived at Australia since 30th November..so idk anymore. I hope my parcel is not lost.

      Mine sat on 'shipment information received' for the last week and a half and has only just changed today to 'shipment picked up'. I did email them a couple of days ago and (I think) they told me to keep waiting. Anyway, hopefully DHL will do their stuff quickly from here. I wasn't so bothered with the wait - I expected that after reading all the posts - but I did feel that the 'shipment information received' category is pointless and deceptive, if obviously so. I can only think that this is a way of gaming Aliexpress to show that the shipment process has begun.

      Go into My Orders, find the item and then "Open Dispute"
      From there you can decide the outcome. AliExpress will negotiate (middleman) with both you and the seller.

          @mandok: To be honest for that price there isn't really much that compares. I have the same phone and can't complain one bit. It's a shame about the delays, very unlucky. Not really sure what comes close to it in that same price range. :/
          Were you looking at spending a fair bit more? $200 is quite a bargain for what it is.

    Got an email saying it was shipped on the 14th but now, after asking why the tracking number doesn't work, it's back to "successfully left the warehouse". It will be obsolete by the time it gets here- I need a 5G phone.

      Grey note 3 pro, 14th of november I got tracking, said seller shipped, and it got stuck on "Customer goods not ready" until the 21st.

      now the tracking is successfully departure from warehouse and successful transition.

      Hopefully that means it's with the shipping company now and will be departing the origin soon.

    I paid for DHL delivery and up to now it has not been delivered.

    The status of delivery was still in HongKong for the past 13 days.

    I called DHL and said the seller did not tell them to pick up the item from their HongKong Office.

    Paid for Xiaomi 5 with free shipping from Xiaomi Online store on 11th. Got tracking info on 12th, out warehouse on 13th, and Arrival at Destination Post (Country: AU) on 20th.

    Then it's just sitting in the AUS Post, without any updates. How low is the productivity of the AUS Post?!! COME ON AUSPOST, COME ON

    FGS, it only took 1 week from Chinese Seller to AUS Post, though thousands of miles.

        It's just ridiculous. I used tracking on AUS Post website, no info; then called the post office and got a reply "no idea…"

        Now I can hope they don't lose it. Next time definitely using DHL or other couriers to avoid AUS Post.

    Did someone here already tried opening a dispute with aliExpress ?

    If I open a dispute with AliExpress, will my money be refund including the DHL shipping?

    I contacted DHL, they told me the seller only created a shipping label with tracking number but did "not" handed over the package to DHL.

    DHL advice to contact the seller. The seller is not responding on email/aliexpress website the past 2 days.

      I contacted Aliexpress support yesterday, and they mentioned that they will contact the seller and get back to me. They also suggested that I can place a dispute. Despite all this, the seller has still not contacted me.

      I did place a dispute just in the past hour. Will have to wait and see how it goes. It does include DHL money, as it is the total amount.

      I ended getting a 5x of $50 less locally than the purchase price of REDMI note 3 and Nexus 5x > Redmi easily (no Custom roms needed).

      So, I no longer need the Note 3. I will never buy form aliexpress again.

        I bought with Redmi Note before in Ali Express and there is no issue. The issue here is the seller.

          I did not buy a redmi note 3 cheaper.

          I just ended up buying the Nexus 5x cheaper by $50. I personally prefer 5x because of the direct google updates. It also has a better screen and camera.

          My DHL will not be delivered within 18 days. I bought it on the 11th and the item has still not left China/Hong Kong. So no ways, it will come in 2 days.

          You have to contact Aliexpress through online chat. There is no phone number.

    My Redmi note 3 special edition didn't connect to the Aldi 4G network by default,I had to manually input the APN.
    Has anybody else had this issue?

      Same here.
      After I sent several mail to seller and forwarded the email from DHL saying that the seller has not told DHL to pick up but instead only created a label for the delivery BUT not told DHL to pick up the items, suddenly the DHL tracking start moving saying it was already pick up by DHL in HongKong.

      Hopefully it arrives by next week.

    Moving through its paces with DHL now…it's now at the "sort facility" in HK

    Looks like they created shipping labels quickly but didn't hand the items over to DHL (maybe not enough stock at hand)…creating a shipping label makes the item start showing in the tracking, so it "fools" AliExpress into thinking it's been shipped.

      It fools everyone that getting a tracking number that the packge is already in ransit.

      DHL should not allow creating tracking unless it is already paid and for pick up.

    DHL seems impressive ones they pick up the item fom seller.

    On just same day and its Sunday. I was expecting that they do not process or do anything on a weekend.

    DHL Hongkong -> Singapore facility ->Australian customs -> cleared customs -> processing at Sydney

    I guess it should be delivered by tomorrow.

    Can you check your "Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro Prime Special Edition (Band 28) - 32GB/3GB" that you buy from "Xiaomi Store"

    Mine just arrive yesterday and I notice that the look is different from the photo and I compare to my existing RedMi Note 3 (Gold/ without Band 28) that I had.

    I notice when I put the screen protector that there is suppose to be something in between the ear piece and the front camera which is missing.

    I would guess it is a sensor as I could not find its description fro mthe Mi Manual online.

    I search online and it looks like "RedMi Note 3" does not have this sensor between the ear piece and front camera

    Does it mean the seller sent me a "RedMi Note 3" and not the "Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro Prime Special Edition (Band 28) - 32GB/3GB" as describe in their site in AliExpress ?

    I try to look online for similar Silver RedMi Note 3 and it is visible that there should be something (possible sensor) in between the ear piece and the front camera

    The phone comes sealed in a Xiaomi box though .

    Is this an imitation / fake?

      Maybe the the background is black so I couldn't barely see the sensor.

      Someone else asked the same question on whirlpool here's the answer they were given by "NUKKELS".

      Measure it – Kate is 152mm tall, Kenzo is only 150mm

      Install the app "Droid Hardware Info" from Play Store – It will be written next to Model

      Check the place you bought it from – the store page will specify which version (Kate says International and advertises Band 28 / 700MHz)

      Check the model number on the sticker at the back of the phone. The model numbers are :
      Kenzo: 2015116
      Kate: 2015161

      I used "Droid Hardware Info" to confirm mine

    Got mine today…build quality is top notch for the price!

    Waiting for my Kate-specific case, for now it's in a Kenzo case which is a very tight fit and the 3.5mm jack and micro-USB are slightly misaligned

I would of paid for DHL shipping but this is the first time I brought from AliExpress so I didn't know you have to choose shipping option before you purchase. Hopefully it'll be here next week.

          This what they said:

          Sorry for the confusion there, Jeff. International postal services use automated scans so they will update their tracking to advise where the parcel should be in transit at that point in time, not taking into account any delays which may have occurred.

          There may have been a delay with the item arriving into Australia because I can confirm that your parcel has not been handed to us to complete the delivery. The article was posted from Singapore on the 29th of November and international parcels can take 8+ business days to be delivered so it will take time to arrive.

          I hope this helps but let me know if you have any other questions :).

    Got it- 25 days after ordering. can't complain- I've had much slower from China. My record, however, is an Amazon purchase (they are usually very quick), arrived 7 months after payment. Had forgotten about it so it was a nice surprise.

        Mines still stuck at customs since 2nd December. I have no idea what's going on. Even if there's large amount of parcel they have to check through, the estimated days should be 1-3 days.

        Free delivery. The last status message at Aliexpress is still 2016-12-03 19:44:00 Arrival at Destination (Exchange Office). The message is the same at Singapore Post- RB123261452SG

        I wonder if there is any communication to Singapore Post from Aus Post telling them a parcel has been delivered? Maybe it will be udated in a day or two.

          I don't get it, how did you receive your parcel earlier than ours? My parcel arrived earlier than yours and the arrival destination is the same. It does not make sense.
