just guessing. xmas is coming up and this game came out a few weeks ago and is already $54. GOW are good games but always drop quite quickly in price. id buy it but im currently in the middle of skyrim and battlefield, ill wait till im done until i buy this. Hopefully its dropped more by then.
Yeah rather ambitious considering it just came out a month ago. $49 tops during christmas sales I'd say.
Look at halo 5, that was cheap in no time. I think this will follow trend, maybe 2 or 3 more months till $39 though.
Well it goes without saying that games get cheaper over time. You always pay a premium to play them early. Though if you want to enjoy the mp before the community dies off, it's usually worth getting it around launch.
Best modern example is Battlefront. That game is pretty much dead on PC now.
China Win10 Store used to sell GOW4 for $35 when it's released. So I will not be surprised if it drops under 35 in Xmas.

You need to buy it from the Microsoft store on Windows.
Physical copies won't grant the "play on PC or XB1" feature.
I found this out after buying the physical copy.
Surely Microsoft could have added a "single use/activation" code to the box version so that we could play it on PC.

same for me , want to go code version so i can play on xbox or the PC. also like the ideas of not having to put disc in the xbox, and resale value of discs is not good anyway, rather have convenience.

If you look at it as 10.80 for each game, it's a pretty good deal, considering 3 and Judgement often still pull 15 or so preowned.
A friend gave me the code for the 4 download ones though, so I'll be waiting until it drops, but good find OP.
Love having both versions, Xbox and PC and being able to just choose which I play on and continue the game from where I left off, but if the PC doesn't bother you get it here! No point waiting as plenty of people online at the moment and will only drop by a few dollars
