BTW - think you're in breach of the T&C's here
Specifically:
Offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older (Claimants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers, agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this offer and any retailer activating the promotion are ineligible to participate. Participation in this offer is subject always to the participating outlet’s/licensee’s liquor serving policy.
Each entrant may enter only once.Does it really matter. The guy's taken time out to share a deal with Ozbargain, who cares if he has a couple for himself. I bet they all do.
He's got a link back to his business, it's not like he's done this out of the goodness of his heart…
This is not a scam
Ok, im totally convinced.
so did you purchase the wine or find a loophole as a retailer and are claiming the sunglasses instead of a legitimate buyers/consumers ?
think it would be pretty easy for you to put through a purchase via your till, then have one of your "friends and family" claim the prize with the receipt, then you'd reverse / refund the purchase all within 5 minutes.
Wonder want Pernod Ricard would think ?
