Yaa Savas, spot on, i am typing as i am walking so cant post the whole thing at the moment but will update the rest soon :)
That sounds dangerous, take it easy mate
You might be looking at a $200 dollar fine if the Pedestrian council gets their way. Bloody ridiculous.
It's seem you can get it right now, no need to wait till tomorrow.
Huh?
There's a 20% off RRP sales on TVs tomorrow at JB.
Awesome!
Its true, available now. No need to wait till tomorrow.
Pretty good price for anyone waiting to buy a decent screen.
I'll next fork out 2-3K for a TV in the years to come when UHD is more common (and there's content going around other than a handful of movies, screensavers and 2 minute vendor sample videos displayed on their TVs at retail). I value HDR capabilities now, but would want it to have a 200hZ refresh rate. Being an LG and OLED man myself, I'm massively in favour of that technology and will be unlikely to go back to the LED backlit screens unless there's more offerings from size/refresh rate/UHD bundled into it.
JB's website is crap and not letting me check out - anyone get the same prob? using chrome with all adblocker plugins turned off on it.
May get a ~$1000 55" tv for my parent. Thinking Sony x7000D, Sony KDL55W650D or Panasonic th55dx600u, which one better? My father only watch on air content (if they can upscale to 4K then great, can they?), he may watch YouTube as well if the smart Tv is easy too use (he hate to learn new tech). Thanks for help first.
Get the LG its great, super easy to use interface and the remote acts as a pointer (think wii remote but works well). Netflix, spotify, youtube apps. Even has some of the free-to-air apps on there to catch up etc. But is a bit more of a stretch above 1000
Why is this TV so cheap compared to other 55" UHD screens, such as from Samsung or Sony?
Was thinking of getting the Samsung 55" KS8500, but this LG looks very well priced.
But Wait, There's More!
