Depends on your usage. MegaBoom is great for bigger rooms however 2 UE's paired will do a great job :)
We've got both the Boom 2 and the Megaboom. Both are awesome speakers, IMO the Megaboom puts out a better sound and a bit more bass.
As Shameless said, it depends on what you'll use it for. My partner uses the Megaboom at home all the time, though it's quite heavy. We also do a lot of watersports/jetskiing which is where the size and weight of the Boom 2 comes in handy.
Im thinking to find a way to put the UE Boom on my YFZ450r so thats why im thinking if i should use the UE Boom or get the Megaboom, especially considering that i have an after market exhaust and the sound is bit high.
Hmm. Might be a bit too hard to strap a Megaboom onto a bike though.
I downgraded from a megaboom to boom 2. Ended up canning the boom 2, the volume is good but bass is pitiful (comparatively)
