Just been down to Belmont BigW and noticed they had Halo 5 ticketed at $25. Scanned at pos and came up at $17. No more stock in Belmont but be worth a look at other stores!

Just noticed the barcode on the back has been covered up with another one as I was installing. Pic attached.
Just called up my local (Brisbane) and they also said $39.
Just a FYI for anyone buying this, there's approximately 40gb of updates to do.
And unless you install it with the console offline, you can't play it until it's updated.
If the console is online, and you haven't updated, you're not gonna be able to play it.
You have to wonder why they even issue media these days? XBOne is worst when it comes to updates..
After the last Xbox update Halo wants to download the whole game again, which is around 85Gb. It won't copy from the disc. Kids play Overwatch instead. Well done MS!
Has anyone found a copy anywhere else that makes this a deal? If it's $39 online, and confirmed with at least one store to be $39 on the shelf, I'm not seeing the bargain yet.
No question the OP found a great copy, but it's accruing +'s without replication of price confirmed.
There's a few copies at QV in Melb, but it has an unknown price

have played and finished every fps halo game to come out, but this one, i struggled and forced my way through a few levels before deleting it. just didnt get it at all. to me it was a generic shooter with halo skins.

Have played and finished every FPS Halo to come out 3+ times and I'm sure I'll revisit them all - but this one… I also struggled. Those padded out walking missions… story that I didn't care about. Such a disappointment. Can't say I'll ever play it through more than once.
Yep Halo's literally the only game I play and 5 minutes of warzone was enough for me, back to MCC I guess.
I actually think that Warzone was the best part of H5 haha.

Looks like you bought a 'Not for Resale' copy - indicating that it was originally bundled with a console deal sometime ago, thus explaining the seemingly random pricing that's only been reported at Belmont.

1st game in a long time that i finished on all difficulties and went back for more!
Story was a let down :( But some of the best Halo combat ever! New abilities added some amazing moments in Campaign!
Also Halo 5 multiplayer is the best since Halo 2 IMO
