Looks good, all ordered up. Forgot to ask for my usual 'interesting thing drinking a coffee' picture which has brought on unusual but overcome-able sadness.

Haha, no problem I'll surprise you :)

      • The best kind of picture!

'interesting thing drinking a coffee' picture

what? please explain. you have my curiosity

      • +1

I have previously received pictures dinosaurs, vikings, aliens etc drinking coffee. Still cannot say if i prefer dodgy hand drawn or dodgy MS paint creations..
All up on my wall at work. All enjoyed.

Thanks OP. bought one to test out

    • Welcome aboard :) Choo Choo!

  • All washed?
I'll need a top up in about 10 days for my trip to Canada.

    • Brazilian is not but I'll swap it out for you mate :)

      • What's the difference with washed and non-washed?

Ordered the previous deal, looking forward to trying out the jamocha

      • Thanks! Just ordered it but there was no space to leave notes. Sorry!
No need to swap out the Brazillian, I think my coffee mate will like to try it, maybe just make sure the dip is washed. =)

      • Psst. Decided to buy another set! LOL This time can you swap out to all washed if possible?

  • What does lucky dip refer to? Any of those three?

    • Lucky dip ends up being a 'random' variety of coffee Chosen by them :)

    • I roast various other specialty single origins and blends for other web sales and cafes etc. It will be a random selection from one of these :)

  • What do we do with cacao beans? Do they have to be ground like coffee?

And how long is the deal good for?

    • Anyone?

      Here's some info for you:

      Organic Cacao Beans
Raw whole cacao beans, Trinitario variety, grown organically on Malekula Island, Vanuatu and shipped to Australia by sailboat. Guaranteed to have not been treated with pesticide spray or heat on entry to Australia.
Lightly roasted they can be eaten whole as a superfood or ground down into a drinking chocolate. Feeling a bit more ambitious? Make your own cacao products or even try bean to bar homemade dark chocolate. There are many recipes available on the internet for making healthy cacao recipes with added nuts, dried fruits and seeds.
Raw cacao has amazing health benefits being one of the highest antioxidant foods on the planet – much higher than blueberries and even goji berries. They are packed full of health giving and ‘feel good’ compounds and minerals such as iron, zinc, copper, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, and sulfur.
With the years of experience we have roasting specialty coffee, we realised that this expertise could be translated through to cacao and have fine tuned our process and are able to deliver high quality fresh roasted organic cacao for our customers enjoyment.

DO NOT GRIND IN CONICAL BURR COFFEE GRINDER UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO CLEAN THE MESS/GRINDER AFTERWARDS :-)
We did grind in our coffee burr grinder but it came out like liquid chocolate and meant I had to strip and clean my grinder ;-)
A better way is to use a blade grinder or food processor. You can eat the beans whole or short bursts of a blender/ blade grinder will produce a result more preferable if wanting a powder like drinking chocolate. You can add vanilla or sugar as required. More intense blending due to heat will produce more like a liquid chocolate.
They are very versatile and there are a lot of guides/recipes online and if feeling more ambitious you can even make your own chocolate (bean to bar)
