Did a couple of transactions. Once with the socks, the other with a t shirt. Not sure why it would not be working for you sorry.
@NotWithoutACoupon: it might have been if you went to check out before adding the non-outlet item, it added the shipping fee, and then even after you add the non-outlet item, the fee remains.
Might have had to clear your shopping cart, and then re-add the items (incl non-outlet item) before going to checkout.
Creating a 2nd account would have achieved the same thing. I found the same issue, where the fee would not go away, so I took that as a sign I didnt need to buy anything anyway… and several of the items in my cart went out of stock while I was trying to.
@systmworks: Thank's systemworks. Added outlet item and normal item but still had shipping fee. Cleared the cart and added outlet item last and got free shipping!

How do you wear a size down from Nike in Adidas!? I've found adidas to run mad small and I've owned a lot of sneakers and am pedantic about size. With Timbos I half size down, but I don't know what would work for you regarding your Nike and adidas thing.

be careful with timberlands. they have weird sizing. for me i wear a us10 in nike/adidas etc but us9 in timberlands. check the euro sizing instead
