I find Kmart and Big W wipes are pretty dry to begin with and completely dry out in the packet very easily. Aldi sell their wipes for $1.89/pk and they're doable. The Target brand wipes (6 for $9) are pretty good, that is what I used to buy for my 3 kids until Woolies made their "new and improved" baby line including baby wipes, now they are $2/pk or 6 for $10. This is what I buy now for my kids as the Woolies wipes are very wet and stay wet in the packet too! Can't comment on the scented flavours for any brands as I only buy unscented/sensitive ones.
