I think as cheap as it's ever been.
There's a fairly lengthy thread on WP.

Cheaper at Freeshippingtech $985.45 shipped vs this Shopping Express deal comes out to $1028.95 shipped for me. Or might be better paying a little extra at MSY $1059 for local stock.
It was $959.20 until Sunday at PC Byte/Futu Online with the 20% off code. If you wanted to wait for the next eBay deal.
big screen like my tv
Ideally I figure 32" or 34" is best for a 4K monitor.
But there's nothing decent around for a good price at that size.
Better to go 43" than down to something like 27" though.i use a 55" wasabi mango
couldnt disagree more
Thinking about getting this.
Not to sure about shoppingexpress?Any concerns with delivery, warranty that i should be concerned with people?
I've bought at least 4 items on separate occasions from them with no problems myself.
Not to sure about shoppingexpress?
Apparently their warranty process is sub-par from what I've read from the comments on OzB.

Delivery is extremely speedy though. I've bought 4 SSDs and a monitor from them, very fast!
I guess to be on the safe side, buy from SE where there is good manufacturer warranty as well.Does Phillips have a good manufacturers warranty?
I don't own any phillips products so I'm in no position to answer you :|
3 year warranty I believe. Advertises it on the Shopping express site and have seen it elsewhere.
14 day 0 dead pixel warranty too I think.
Been tempted on one of these, just trying to confirm what gaming is like on it.@escorpse: I would also like to see gaming performance. Pls post any interesting articles. Thanks
Yeah I have not seen many actual testing with gaming. Just a couple of videos posted on youtube showing BF4 and some others on it.
Reviews I have read only have a passing mention about gaming.
Was close to buying a 2nd hand 40inch version the other day but the guys was trying to sell it close to new price when they were running them out and would not budge.
It's rare they respond to emails. I'm still waiting on a return I have made to them. My friend had a faulty SSD and they never replied to his emails so he ended up going through Sandisk instead.
60Hz…nothing to see here
are you kidding?
There aren't many > 60Hz IPS monitors.
And bugger all graphics cards that will do > 60 fps on newish games at 4K resolution.
IPS is the best panel tech for most applications and there's nothing wrong with 60 Hz (would like to see 75 Hz though). No I'm dead serious
No one in their right mind should be buying 4K to play games at 60fps
60Hz is ok for Solitare
$29.95 Shipping to VIC, not sure of other states however this seems to be the standard rate. Anyone wanting to buy this should just spend a few bucks more and get insurance cover for a total of $34.95
Edit: Or just go with hamza23's find :)
