Currently the cheapest it has ever been. Definitely worth a buy with all the DLC tacked on. Activates as GOTY edition once added to Steam.
[PC] Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor GOTY - $4.99 USD (~$6.85 AUD) @ Bundlestars

My backlog grows bigger by the day :(
Ive just stopped buying games until I clear mine. This is a great deal and worthy of an upvote but Ill buy the same deal in 6-12 months time :)
Its great that the games are all digital now compared to the console years of having to buy a game before the retailers stopped selling it.They have laxatives for that chirgs.
LOL I haven't even opened it since I last bought it at its "cheapest ever" price, and now it's even cheaper! By the time I get to play it it'll probably look like N64 games look to us these days…
Haha, bought it from last deal and playing it at the moment, so I've got my money worth.
Note that this is not the GOTY edition, so you'll be missing a few of the DLC/runes, etc if you buy this one.
The key activates as the GOTY edition on steam.
That's not what the description says.
Don't buy. boring, and too simple.
Probably different strokes for different folks…
Shadow of Mordor was one of the very few games I've actually played till the end and I even went around and completed all the things on the map. I still consider it one of the games that I totally enjoyed.
The combat is very simplistic though. Parry, stun, execution move. Throw in a couple of projectile weapons and grabs.
Rinse and repeat. If you have played Batman Arkham knight it's pretty similar in style, and I think a little too easy with the powerful dodge and parries.
I'm far too used with the high difficulty curves of Japanese fighting games by Capcom / Bandai and that I get bored easily mashing just one button and not having to worry about combos.
Ok but that's a completely different game genre.
Yeah. So boring that it got a GOTY version.
So boring that
it got a GOTY versionthe marketing department decided to sell the same thing as before and give it the grandiose title of "Game of the Year".You clearly haven't played any games, with a legit combat system, have you?
nice! <$10 is the sweet spot for decent games that I may never play but wouldnt mind the option in the future.
Definitely comes with Game of the Year Edition - I redeemed on Steam. The bundlestars website does list all the DLC included too.
Loved this game! I have never been able to get into an "assassins creed" style of game until this one, seriously the combat and nemesis system is very satisfying
Would appreciate some advice…never played one of these type of games but find myself sitting on my arse for 6 weeks with busted ankle. I just got a cheap laptop with 2.16 GHz 4GB RAM running Windows 10. Checking Min requirements seems a bit light. Any chance of this working?
The requirements mention desktop processors and graphics cards. Laptops are much weaker than desktops.
You need a Core i5 at least and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 / AMD Radeon HD 5850.
For laptops a minimum might be Geforce 940Mx or 850m
Intel graphics too weak for this game.
Appreciate your advice scrimshaw…I'll stick with splatting on the Wiu!
really is a fantastic game…worth every cent
As a very very casual gamer, this is one of the few games I have sunk a bunch of time in to. I still haven't gotten around to finishing it though. For me it was still well worth the US$20 or so I paid for it ages ago.
Yes. Great game - even at double the price
Just wanted to say this game is pure amazing, very few games manage to capture the feel of their franchise and do it justice.
This is Batman Arknam Asylum levels of goodseems to be expired :(
It is expired gone back to up $20 USD but don't worry seen this go on special often.
If only they were selling time with it.
