$56 more than the cheapest in July - but here's hoping these are the newer firmware ones, have better QC and it is the cheapest around.
I bought one

All prices gone up since then maybe AUD/USD. This is cheapest around.
It might be worth waiting for Trump to become US president then.
That will certainly cause the US dollar to take a dive…The AU$ is at or slightly above the level it was for a few random days I selected during July. So that excuse doesn't fly, it's simply price gouging during an eBay 'sale'
Im about to RMA mine that i brought in June.. Thing keeps turning off at random and displaying "no signal" other than that its a good monitor..
Are you using the cable that came with it? cause its CRAP.. i went and got a new cable and never had an issue since.
Yeah it was one of the first things i did. Tried new cables both power and display, new power point, other DP on my gfx card and i even tried it on another PC and it did the same thing. all the while my old Dell as my second screen stayed on and working the whole time.
Did you try it on another PC if you have access to one.
It might not be the monitor.
Thanks just bought one after waiting for so long. missed the sales that popped up with this 3 times so far……
Built a new pc just after the September sale. Also saw the financial end of year $876. Made up my mind for this over the Asus Pg279q. :D
Saving still worth it.same as me built an i7 1070
nice. i went i5 1070.
Arrived DOA. Fail. "No Signal"
thats unlucky. so assume sending it back yeah ?
crossing my fingers on my order will have to wait and see >_<Not sure, messaged Futu see what happens. Both based in Sydney so hopefully I can drop it off on the weekend and get another.
alright. Good luck. Keep us posted
Even though this one is going back as DOA, I did take some backlight bleed pics with the panel on by accessing the menu even though I got no computer signal. This is brightness on 100% and 20%. Dark room taken with iPhone so obviously greatly exaggerated by the camera. Blue is from my keyboard
Interested to see what your one looks like
Least its getting sorted quickly thats good. Thanks for the pics. Im using an iPhone too so yeah camera does over exaggerate for sure. I replicated the same brightnesses (pic2) 100% and (pic 3) 20% and also added a picture with (pic 1) iPhone brightness manually adjusted to show u exact bleed spots.
What do you think ?
Thanks for pics. Looks pretty normal for IPS it seems
Alright sweet. Guess i got an alright monitor then.
When are they sending yours ?
It was $56 cheaper in July.
