i would bathe in vegeta if it were possible….. the best stock put it in EVERYTHING!
Great freebie!
The reason it tastes so good is because its loaded with MSG.
They do make an MSG free version but I have not seen it in stores here.
mmmm msg….. delicious
When you click the promotional picture on the sign up page, the label on the stock, first blue tab says "No MSG"!?
The sample probably wont taste as good as the one I buy then
We don't normally buy MSG laden stock, and since this is free that still holds up!
If you are looking for a good tasting stock that does not use MSG, I would recommend Massels.
It's in all woollies, Coles, IGA, etc.
We've used Vegeta for years, but only recently found out it contains MSG.
We're not going to buy anymore Vegeta.
Yep, couldn't agree more, the Massel stocks are excellent…good for vegans too, no animal bits used IIRC! As a matter of fact, there's gonna be a couple of cubes going in the pumpkin soup I intend making for lunch today! ;)
ITS OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It tastes good…
do you cook with olive oil or low cholesterol oil?
do you buy light ice cream?
do you buy low carb beer?Good food need good ingredients…
All my italian mates use this and swear by it, a cooks choice!
Yummy MSG.
This stuffs great, i love the taste of Vegeta.
Do you get confirmation when you enter? I enter details and it just redisplays a blank form.
I got the same
It does show the blank form again, but just above it it sayd:
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUBMISSION.
YOUR SAMPLE PRODUCT IS ON ITS WAY!
Got mine, thanks - it's msg free (supposedly)… nothing special though. I prefer Campbells.
How did you determine that?
It says so in decent size writing on the corner of the packet…
I have one here and it definitely shows MSG in the ingredients.
Maybe they've recently changed the ingredients.
@YesPleaseThankYou: That's interesting… sorry I've thrown mine away after I used it so can't check the ingredients.
They could also have another definition of MSG and be getting away with printing MSG free…
Either way, I don't think I'll be buying it anytime soon :)
flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate max. 15%, disodium inosinate)
