How do I buy it with Cashrewards? Woolies giftcards gives 5% and that's easy, but I don't have any now.
So I entered Dan's website throught Cashrewards, while logged in ofc, bought it, paid and should I now wait for my Cashrewards to be topped up with 3% of my order (3% is for beer at Dan's). I checked out as a guest though.
This beer is utter crap. If you want to imagine the flavour before buying, just think of the flavour of your favorite light beer :p

Crap, of course, is in the eye/palate of the beholder/drinker, so I am happy to make up my own mind rather than relying on the "judgement" of anonymous critics :)
When I first tried Sol it had bits of … something floating in the bottle. Most Mexican beer is pretty bad (although I love drinking out of Corona bottles for some reason), I think it is funny how much of a premium people pay for it considering there are much better beers for similar or cheaper prices.

My Sol is still on backorder. Unfortunately, Dan Murphy's hadn't bothered to inform me until I eventually called them and now they don't care to solve the issue and don't know when the supply is back. They charged me upfront.

You are down voting the deal based purely on 1 experience with your local Dan Murphy store. The deal is still available where stock is available, as well as online.
Why don't you be proactive and sort out the issue the store is having instead of coming back and negging the deal and posting in all other DM posts you can find that DM are crooks?

The seller won't call me back and - if the product and the deal is still available - whenever I manage to speak to them, they are lying that they can't get the cases from different store. There's no way to call a particular store, there's only a general line. At least that's what I see online.
Yep, I assume such a deal may suck for some. I was offered items, I paid for them, but they don't deliver, nor I have money. Plenty of frustration instead, as you can see :/
@pizzaguy: Well why don't you give us all the info so we don't have to assume anything? Have you actually gone down to the store to confront them and find out whats going on? Head office? Surely these are better options than complaining about it on ozbargain?

Your buying from a remote store (didn't think Dan's would bother opening a store in a remote location to start with - seems a poor business decision), yet you try to order 48 bottles then complain when they don't have enough stock on hand to fill it?
