    you could have a go entering it as the 100g cream. I accidentally bought that one by mistake and they processed it through the 100g cream option.

  It's a shame they allege these are low irritant products, but paraben preservatives including methylparaben & propylparaben (and similar) in your skin treatment regime is just a problem waiting to occur. BTW, every qualified and knowledgeable dermatologist should know parabens are skin sensitizing agents that may induce dermatitis (contact allergic or atopic).

  So be my guest, soak in their wonderful skin soothing, alleged low irritancy products and end up with seeing your GP about your subsequent skin rashes & referring you to a real dermatologist, not one of those pretend ones who was paid to approve the product.

  Not everyone will have a problem, but the ~40%-50% of us who are atopic (have rashes, asthma or rhinitis) are at much higher risk of reacting.

  How do I know? Exposure to workplace "preservative" chemicals misdiagnosed by a less than knowledgeable dermatologist.

  I purchased the 1.25kg gentle wash but it doesn't appear to be on the page where you submit your receipt - but it is definitely included in the promotion. Anyone else had this problem?

      I nearly did the same but ended up emailing them last night. I haven't received a reply yet so may end up selecting the 1L if I don't hear back tomorrow.
