After I received a confirmation note for two different orders and my card charged i waited for a month before calling to see what had happened.
Apparently there was a technical problem with my order and it was not confirmed and i was not charged… Incorrect x 2.
I was told the after reconfirming these orders via email (did immediately) that i would receive the books very soon.
A week later i received an email that both orders have been cancelled (no reason given) and a refund would be given for only one of the accounts (!?) It is now a week later and no refund at all has gone through.
I have emailed back twice and have still yet to receive a response. Doubting i’ll get my money back from a store like this.
I also tried calling on three occasions (during BH) and received their after hours answering machine message. Extremely unprofessional service.
As the posts above mention i’m going to try bookdepository, prices beat A&R/Borders even with the 20% off.
