It was for $619 before the recent Apple event (iPhone 7 launch), after which they dropped the price to $559. Note the 64GB Air 2 is not available on Apple store anymore, they have the new 32GB Wifi for $569 (10 bucks more!!).

Good price. I'm always concerned about HK Stock versus AU stock, warranty and the comfort of 15 day return policy from apple store.
For an extra $30 you get a lot more from apple.

My understanding is Apple refurbished units are the same unit you would receive as a replacement device under warranty?

If this is the case, it may be worth clarifying if the device comes with all the OEM accessories

may not come with retail box, plain brown box.
Have bought a refurbished mini 2 from the Apple store, it comes with everything a normal off the shelf product has, just in a different box. You can't tell the product is refurbished and it comes with the same warranty iirc.
No complaints here, still going fine a year later
Ya. I've bought a few products from refurb store - saved a lot of money! and they all work fine no problems at all.
Where did you find "2 year warranty"?
Thats standard warranty apple offers because of ACL on all their sales.
What does ACL mean?

I've purchased about 4 products from refurb store, returned one within 15 days as I din't like the purchase.
Related note - I did return my Nexus 4 to Google after 18 months of use, got it replaced and then returned the replacement and got a full refund.

I just noticed that the iPad Pro has been added to the refurb section.
That could mean iPad Pro 2 is coming soon. And that the previous model would come down to a price that is remotely sensible!
~$530 with the ebay deal for a new one (import), is this really better?
