I bought 2 Pairs of shoes from them, unfortunately the shoe size too big for me, requesting to change the shoe size. They advised me to return those shoes back with return shipping cost..
Apparently figured out the return cost is more. So there is no point of returning back to them, requesting if I can drop those shoes to local store and they refused to do so…
At last bought the shoes but not able to use it.. Donated to Salvos.They have free returns shipping cost for purchases more than $99 now
