I did some sleuthing (based on this) and I think I found the manual enrollment link

T&Cs:

• Offer only available at Farmer Jacks Subiaco, Woodlands, Ocean Reef, Maddington, North Beach, Landsdale, Butler, Currambine and Jacks Wholefoods & Groceries Claremont Store locations.
• Excludes Greenwood, Halls Head, Girrawheen, Moora and Meekatharra Store locations.
• Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $80 or more on that Card, in one transaction, in-store only at Farmer Jacks by 31/10/16 to receive one $15 credit. Limited to the first 10,000 Cards to save the offer.
• Offer is limited to one credit per registered Card. Only spend on the Card number you register counts towards the Offer.
• Excludes online purchases. Offer valid at Australian locations only.
• Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
• Credit should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from offer end date.
• Credit will not be applied to your Account if it has been suspended or cancelled.
• Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled.

    I think you would have to contact American Express directly.
    From Commonwealth Bank

    You can view online conversion rate calculators set by the MasterCard and Visa card schemes.
    While American Express does not publish an online calculator, rates for transactions in major currencies are comparable with other rates in the market. Cross rates can be provided for transactions.
    Please email American Express at [email protected] providing the date of transaction and the currency that the transaction was made in and American Express will respond within 2 business days.

    Fresh Salmon 19.99/kg
    Watermelon 99cents/kg
    Tim tams value pack $1.99

    They do u have an extensive gourmet range if u want splurge/ catering for a party.

  Just check my offers mine is only showing $10.00 if you spend $20.00 in some not well known shops
