Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

The promotion commences on 15th August 2016 at 09.00am (AEDST) and closes at 17:00pm (AEDST) on 12th September 2016.

This competition is a game of chance and not skill.

Only one entry is permitted per person, per individual e-mail address. New sign ups and existing members can enter the competition.

The winner will be announced by random draw on 14th September at 15:00pm (AEDST) at the offices of Jo Mercer Solsbury Pty.Ltd. The winner will be notified via email in writing using the contact details given in their entry. The winners must provide Jo Mercer with their residential address within 48 hours of notification via e-mail.

The prize is $1000 retail value RRP of Jo Mercer shoes up to the value of $1000 total (inclusive of GST). The prize is to be claimed from the winner's local Jo Mercer store, or by other arrangement as organised by the winner and Jo Mercer. The total prize must be claimed by 31st October, 2016.
