I think they're being handed out from 5:30 p.m. onwards.
I don't know exactly when they hand them out. The exhibition is from 6pm onwards each night, so at the very least it will start at 6pm (maybe earlier)

Can you prove this? They are handing them every night of the exhibition [up until the 20th of June]. Samsam below confirmed they were still handing them out last night.
