How to enter:

• To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, in a single transaction a pack of DAILIES TOTAL1® lenses valued $60 (“Qualifying Purchase”) from a participating practice (“Eligible Purchase”). Participating Practices will display promotional materials. If in doubt, an entrant may ask a practice whether or not they are participating in the Promotion. Minimum purchase to enter is a 30 pack.

• At the point of purchase within a participating practice, individuals who make a Qualifying Purchase will be given an entry form which will outline the How To Enter details along with a unique code. An individual will have three (3) methods by which to submit their entry to the Promotion.

Entry is then via SMS, Mail, or in-store (full details in T&Cs)

• Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per Eligible Purchase transaction; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) must contain a unique code and the valid promotional keyword for sms entries.

• Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to participate. Participating practices may not supply duplicate receipts for misplaced or indecipherable receipts.
