Note the best before is 08/10/2016 -but this is a guide/requirement for labelling. The product will still be good after this point as pods are hermetically sealed and sonically welded not glued so they last and will still taste great.

    Order cancelled. Very disappointed, poor form. Not that hard to create a stock level and when this is exhausted your website recognises it.

    Didn't buy woollies pods on sale last night due to thinking I had this stock coming, and then cancelled.

    Won't bother buying again…

    I guess you get what you paid for. These arrived and the coffee tastes weak and stale.

      Glad they cancelled my order in that case.

    • For what it's worth, I have tried many different Nespresso alternatives incl Genovese and none of them were any good. These black snake capsules are awesome though, no stale taste at all. The only problem I had so far is that one out of the 10 pods had the sealing come off so I threw that one out.

    Refunded as well. They better be not making any more pods. If not they should at least delay our delivery until the the new batch is out. Probably their strategy to get their coffee noticed.

    Not much in the way of customer support. An e-mail from paypal stating a refund "due to NO stock left" yet nothing from the company apologising.

    Having passed up a couple of other deals since ordering, I won't be ordering from this company again.

    Maybe selective refund based on what people ordered and postage costs

    • The orders should have been fulfilled on a first ordered basis. Sorry if this wasn't the case but no other 'selectivity' was considered
      CWB are sorry to disappoint but as previously mentioned the inventory system didn't track it properly and so didn't flag the out of stocks and stop selling. CWB are refunding those that didn't receive their orders as fast as they can.
      They apologise for the disappointment caused but as you can see from the responses in this forum - refunds are being promptly processed or orders are being delivered. Due to the volume of orders it might be a day or two more for those in regional areas or interstate. Auspost is delivering all orders

    The OzB gods know my weakness, and have stopped me dead in my tracks. I don't even own a Nespresso machine lol

    Still disappointing though. I would've bought a Nespresso machine just for my 200 pods. Now I'm wondering if these are selective refunds based on what was ordered and the shipping costs. I guess I won't ever consider Coffee with Bite again.

      I ordered Sat arvo, so expect an email from PayPal saying there's a refund coming your way. I haven't had any communication with the actual company, poor form on their part.

      I got mine but they taste horrible, I wish I was one of the ones that got a refund

    • I sent an email and got a reply saying they forgot to send me the tracking number. Checked the tracking number on Aust Post website and it hasn't moved from processing shipping info since Monday. This might be my second parcel Australia Post has lost in the last few weeks, as this happened last time.

    If anyone's interested in some Spider (Red), send me a PM (I'm in Sydney). They're not strong enough for me, I'm keeping the Black Snake though as that's nice and strong (I normally drink Dharkan).

    • I did not receive any spider ones,all the others three.It must run out when picking my stuff.Now it seems they are right for me.

      It is really weird as the snake ones are the lowest price,but the strongest intensity.

    Hi everyone,
    I received my order today but short of 4boxes. Logon to the company website my account shown order been fulfilled. Called the company, no one pickup the phone when into answering machine. Just emailed them. No email at all from the company on balance of order not fulfilled. Hope the company is not a doggy company otherwise will call PayPal to complain.

    • Just do a PayPal claim. Seems they are gone.

      • CWB are not gone. They have responded to all enquiries.
        A little patience before drawing dramatic conclusions would be appreciated. (e.g. waiting more than 5 minutes before negging on social media)

      Are you sure you emailed [email protected] as all emails have been replied to as far as we are aware
      details of the order (order number, value, name used) would also be helpful

    +1 for these guys. Missing part of my order, but emailed them and the refund was processed within half an hour.

    The coffee is good too.

  • Ok have have received refund email from the company but it's been over a week now I still haven't received refund. Has anyone paid via credit card has actually recieved refund yet?

      • I actually did email them. I'm very concerned now as the PayPal refund were given smoothly by others comment, but I paid via credit card. It's been a week since they promised they would refund me. Very unpleasant experience. If I don't hear them soon I will file a bank dispute to have my money back.

And in the email they said the refund should arrive today. 4:30pm and still nothing shows up. Let's see when this refund could actually be cleared. Very disappointed with this company.

      Credit reversals take longer than credit card - was the name on the card the same as your order/registration name?

  • Ok it's now been 2 weeks since I've placed my order… although I provided a valid address, the parcel was somehow sent back to the warehouse. That was on Monday. I'm sick of emailing Matt for updates especially when he obviously couldn't care any less. At this stage, I'd honestly rather get a refund than keeping on waiting for soon-to-be expired pods. Oh and the phone number provided on the website sends you 10 times out of 10 on voicemail.. Great deal, great company!

    I'll admit, I was skeptical of the deal at first. However, I received my capsules during the week. I've tried "Shark" and "Snake" so far, and for the bargain price of 15 cents per capsule, I think they're very good. One of the items I ordered was missing, but after emailing CWB, it was refunded within 1 hour (late on Sunday night too!). I don't expect these prices to be repeated, but if they were I'd order a couple of thousand next time! Sorry to hear others didn't have their order go through, but felt it fair to report my positive experience as well.

  • This was terrible, still waiting for my pods so thought I'd check this bargain again only to find that my order was refunded weeks ago with no communication whatsoever (ordered 2.50pm on the Saturday). Coffee with bite more like no coffee with sh#t service. We can all handle when a deal gets ozbargained but when it's poorly communicated like this it's leaves a bad taste in the mouth

    • I think there's more of a relationship that a 'mates' business. The style of packaging looks pretty much exactly the same.

      Interesting concept, I'll wait for their fire sale before trying it though.

      Yeah not very happy I'm receiving emails now from Tripod Coffee.

      • Wondered why I was getting spammed from them….delted and reminded myself how much I hate being spammed. Particularly from places I never signed up to.
        It'll have to be a good deal to get me to buy anything from there.
