https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/252565 Seems like they have restocked.

    • you are amazing! thanks a lot.

    • anyone used this Gameflip seller method?, are they safe?

      • Yeah I posted that deal and I've personally had a positive experience. Bought a 12month Xbox Live code off this particular seller; received code in under a minute. They use eskrow so unless you leave feedback, the funds are held by Gameflip, the middleman. If anything goes wrong, you can dispute the transaction which gets looked into within the day (the funds will be frozen).

        • thanks spaghettiman that's PSN and Xbox live taken care of until 2019
one thing, could be a coincidence but since signing up with gameflip and being required to supply a phone number for account sign up I have received daily several unknown mobile numbers, most I ignore if I don't know the caller but randomly answer some and they are marketing/charity/seller spammers, just today I have had 6 callers, wondering if they sell off your info

        • @Boss351: That's unusual. I also have 2 mobile numbers connected and haven't had that issue. Could it be a coincidence and you also signed up for like iSelect or something?

anyone know of any AU psn deals?

    • You probably know about this way to save money. Many players use two accounts. US Playstation plus account (primary) + Au normal account.

      for more detail: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/157351

      • i do have a US psn account, just dont have the plus subscription. i prefer AU as vita is too difficult to swap from au to US (from my understanding). thanks for that link tho

Good time to stock up since they are going up in price in a month's time.

I'm just not sure if I can trust the sellers.

  • That's around the same price I get it for. Usually, I get them from eBay sellers in the US for US$39.

@lostn is right, USPSN is hiking up rates by $10 for the 12 month plan. Might as well lock in another year for less.

Sony are just about to skyrocket the price too .. http://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2016-08-23-sony-raising-ps-plus-price

    • I think I'll go back and play single player games just like the old NES,SNES,MegaDrive,PSX,PS2,Xbox days.

  • I've bought from this reseller last Jun'16 when PS+ has the offer of extending all 12 month membership with another 6 months. At that time, the price was $37 USD. I gotten the codes within minutes of the purchase. Highly recommended. My US account now expires Dec'17…should I stock this up at this price? Decisions decisions….

    • alternatively, get a HK account. it's much cheaper than US.

      • +1

It means all the free games accumulated from the US store won't be playable anymore though. You can only play future HK games.

        • What do you mean? All free PS games that we had accumulated previously won't be playable anymore?

        • @alvinthem: That's the deal with PS+ freebies. They are only playable for as long as you remain subscribed. When you cancel, you can't access them anymore. But if you resubscribe later, you get access to all of your catalog again.

  • Get $5 from the "Gameflip Summer Sale" - Credits are awarded after you complete the purchace and rate the seller.
    https://gameflip.com/promotions

    • That's right. That's why they clear the stock in 2 hours.

      • There's still stock though.

        • sure? I can't find any 1 year ps plus US membership card. will you give me a link? Cheers

        • Ah gone again :(

  • Thanks OP. Bought two and I'm good til 2019.

    • !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      refilled the stock??

  • For this, just wondering, if my membership expires next week, and I input the code today, will it renew from the day I input the code or from the day it expires next week?

    • +2

From the day it expires next week.

      • Thanks for that

  • Does anyone know if the price hike would affect the cards? Like I was hoping to buy one (or a few) and hold off on adding them to my account until after they expire…the card does say one year but they also have a value…so if I put the code in a year later would it still be one year or less? :O

    • +1

I think you'd better top-up after you purchase it. Buy two cards and top-up now, you will get 2 years PSN plus membership instantly. I would not suggest keep one code for a year. It's not safe anyway.

      • Yea I'll probably do that with the way the Aussie dollar is kinda just hanging around the way it is I assume the exchange rate would go down the crapper in a year anyway. Thanks for the advice :)

        • get bitcoin lol

        • @armedgoat: Eww like I would trust that with a 10 foot pole :x
