yep..u put ur paypal email account in and click check out with paypal and nothing gets populated on the next page and u cant continue… its either a scam or the web site is poorly developed that it doesnt do anything… BIG FAT NEG!

Check out "About us" and "Contact Us" section of the website. You will come to know its a big SCAM. Even if it is genuine, who wants to do business with so poorly designed, managed site. NEG from me as well.

There seems to be a message on the page now about them refunding you what you pay with PayPal.
Sounds like they didn't look into handing freebies with PayPal (i.e. that you can't, the closest you can do is make it $0.01.)
The 50c has been fixed now.
Interestingly, this seems to be associated with 9289, who are a legit company (and a former OzBargain sponsor, if memory serves me right).
The website is the same IP as 9289.com.au, the submitter is a 9289 rep and the domain registration mentions 9289's company name, IDeaM.
It looks a lot more like a balls-up than anything else.
Yes but Ideam.com.au is run by 'X-Notion Technology Pty Ltd' a Deregistered company since 2007.
They're IDEAM Pty Ltd, registered in December 07 (ABN 66 128 917 680). Sounds like they just never updated their domain name eligibility details (the correct ones are on 9289.com.au).

looks alright to me. paypal charged only 50 cents and got a mail from priceengine. i also saw a popup on IE which said abt some refund. appeared only once though.

Hmmm…order 1 but can't find any history in my paypal account.
I think it's normal for any transaction not to be registered on paypal when it has a zero total amount.
This is stated in paypal documentation "unit price can be a positive or negative value but not zero."
