        most of the complaint was related with their isp. this is about other product. it seems u can't distinguish between two different products. always think 1 product fail. other will be the same.

      How, exactly, is my negative vote (and most of the others) a "violation of guidelines"?

      It says in the voting guidelines: "Reliability issues are also important to know about… if you know others have had issues and have seen bad reports elsewhere a post with link if possible and A NEGATIVE VOTE IS APPROPRIATE".

      Dodo is not a reliable company — the TIO complaint statistics (even looking just at landlines) show that as plain as day. People have also raised many valid concerns about the security system itself (see my link).

        is not reliable with their internet service. i agree with you. do you have evidence that their phone line rental also the same as their isp?
