New Booktopia Free Shipping Code - PLEASURE - Until 10 Aug

820
PLEASURE

Here's the new free shipping coupon code from Booktopia. Use PLEASURE at the last step of checkout to get delivery fee removed. Yup, there are still some $1 DVDs delivered.

Blurb taken from the email I got:

Simply place an order before midnight, Wednesday the 10th of August (AEST and NZST) with the promotion code PLEASURE and you will receive free shipping on your order. The promotion code can be used as many times as you, or your family and friends, want on any orders between now and then.

The promotion code field where you enter the word PLEASURE is on the last page of the checkout just before you complete your order (Payment and Review). Under Order Summary, click the plus symbol to expand the section so you can enter the code.

Please note: You may need to click the word "Apply" next to the promotion code field to receive your free shipping discount if it has not automatically applied it.

This offer is only available to Australian and New Zealand shipping addresses. If you are overseas and want to ship to an Australian or New Zealand address then you can use this promotional code too.

It is not applicable for Australia Post Express Post, eBooks, gift certificates OR magazines. The discount code applies only to the shipping cost of standard delivery to Australia or New Zealand and not to the overall order.

I have been looking at http://www.bookdepository.com located in UK but has free shipping and whats looks to be quite a bit cheaper, may be good if not in a hurry

      Use booko.com.au

      • I've often found new releases cheaper at Target and BigW… best to check catalogues or online stores directly too…

    • While they are cheap, we have had quality issues of late. Several copies of books which are not cut correctly and have jagged edges. Upon raising the issue with them they sent out new copies free of charge, but they too were in bad shape.

It's actually not a 'quality' issue, some books, especially first editions in hardcover, are cut this way. It's called a 'deckle edge'.

    • I bought a few travel guide books from Booktopia which were listed as IN-STOCK before my trip overseas. I thought shipping would only be a few days as they're Australian but it ended up being over a week.

Shipping is always free on booktopia through booko

Plus Booko is a brilliant service.

    • Don't say that to loud, I think booktopia has asked deals that have said that to be removed.

      • Incorrect, it's posted as a deal. Booko has requested that the coupon that is given after using Booko isn't published.

    • Goddamit i've been ordering weekly from Booktopia last 3 weeks and paid shipping each time :/

      Thanks for the heads up.

  • It's a great pleasure to buy from Booktopia. :P

Remember 6% Cashback using https://www.cashrewards.com.au/booktopia but code might not be included so YMMV.

  • I do love when scotty shares the pleasure :)

  • thanks for sharing

You know that it's not that special when Booko offers free shipping for Booktopia through their portal. I'd encourage you to always check booko, as if you aren't fussed about delivery times, many books can be had for cheaper overseas.

Also don't forget Cashrewards et al. cashback (of 6% if I recall)

    booko.com.au

    • Does cash rewards only give the 6% cash back on booktopia? Do book depository or abe books etc fall under cash rewards ?

I assume that one shouldn't click the booko based link to the website sas once you do it may throw out your cash rewards access to those websites (when you try going through the website later)?

      • You can get around this by using the coupon code which appears if you go through to the final step via Booko portal.

There's a long chain of letters and you can use that code to open up a new session in a different browser using CashRewards.

As for other sites, they all have arying degrees of cashback, check the CashRewards site.

  • Tor browser + Wordery.co.uk

    • I don't get it. Can you explain why you need to use Tor?
