Where are CBA home loan assessors based?

I recently top up my loan with ANZ and found that their credit asessors are not based in Australia. I think they are in India.

I am wondering where are CBA home loan credit assessors based.

  CBA mortgage credit team is all based in Australia.

  Does it matter where the assessors are based? Regardless of where they are, they would make decisions based on the rules of the bank.
