In my opinion, the sound quality of this speaker is better than other comparable speakers like the UE Megaboom and UE Boom 2. However, I recommend you decide for yourself by looking at the reviews posted in the previous deal for this speaker. These reviews were recorded with high quality microphones which give you a decent idea of what the different speakers sound like.
