That's definitely acrylic. Won't keep your head warm compared to the one posted by OP and it might make your head itchy.
i have another cheapie beanie from Daiso $2.80 100% acrylic, still warm when use, even my ears turn red… the downside, the one i have got fluffy after wash. but still acceptable usage… been using it for the last 3 winters
