      Hi Zylam Marex! Thanks for the feedback, but the manufacturer has a Minimum Advertised Price policy on these devices, so it is highly unlikely that you'll see it drop to the 60-ish mark.

      Personally have been eyeing one for a while but afaik, you cannot use (ie) an xbox elite controller wirelessly on the ps4? To me that is a big selling point, but good price OP.

        Yeap that's right - for the Xbox One controller it needs to be wired. The other systems controllers i.e. PS4 PS3 Xbox 360 are fine wireless.

      Certainly handy to have it close by for initial setup. Depending on your configuration, once it's setup then you wouldn't need the computer anymore.

      Hi shadowrukia, yes you can. However, the headset/mic needs to connect directly to the Xbox One instead of via the controller.
      So for e.g. Astro with USB dongle direct to the console

      Here's CronusMAX's answer:
      Can I use a headset and mic with CronusMAX?
      Due to how the CronusMAX communicates with PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 controllers, you will not be able to use a chatpad or any wired headsets that plug into the controller itself. However, any headset that can connect directly to the console either wired or wireless should work fine as long as it does not plug into the CronusMAX, or into a controller that is being utilized by the CronusMAX at that current time.

          @gripitaustralia: but same product as the 2015 model. just comes with more cables and a new box and packing for the cables. so its not worth the upgrade if you already have a 2015 model which now happens to be the 2016 model

          Hence V3 to distinguish the actual CronusMAX dongle.

          To be exact the extras include:
          1) Bluetooth USB 4.0 adapter
          2) USB sound card
          3) Headset extension cable

          These have always been sold separately in their 2015 models and prior. Not sure how to make it any clearer, but hope this will clarify for everyone :)

          @gripitaustralia: yes this confused me as its not an 2016 model its the older model with just adapters and usbs and cables come with it now. I dont think you should call it 2016 new model when its not….

    If you're paying nearly $110 for this, why wouldn't you just buy an actual genuine PS3, PS4 or Xbox One controller for less?. I don't get it.

      It allows you to interchange controllers on different consoles/systems.

      For example you can use a PS4 controller to play on a Xbox One.
      Or even use keyboard and mouse on your console.
      Above are only two of the many setup combinations. The full usage diagram is on the eBay listing.

      Also enables you to "mod" a controller so you can remap buttons, and program specific button functions/combos like rapidfire, quickscope, fast reload, etc.

      It's a nifty little device that will open up a whole new world of gaming possibilities.

      The main draw for these adapters is usually mouse and keyboard play on console, anything else seems to be extra/value-added, e.g. controllers cross platform.

    Be careful. if you playing local multiplayer using this may make the other input of the other controller not register properly.

    My friend used it in a competition and he got disqualified cos using this classed as cheating.
