I wonder if you could use any old .edu.au (Teachers/Admin) and get this deal?…

No. Just checked, they use UniDays to verify, and with that, they have got an API with all the major universities (and some smaller ones) where the university releases your enrolment info to UniDays to confirm you're an active student.

      • Ok cool, thanks!

  • How does this compare to Spotify Premium besides price ?

    • they have a few exclusives (taylor swift) plus some radio shows or something.

    • I think both are relatively similar. I pay for Spotify Premium because I enjoy their playlists. I'm too lazy and my taste is too versatile to create my own lists so I enjoy picking a mood and being played music relatively similar to what I want. It's great.

    • Spotify is way more cross platform than Apple Music, and IMO has amazing music discovery features. I'm always finding new songs every week with their Discover Weekly playlist.

Apple Music has features such as integration with Siri and Apple Watch, but yeah Spotify's been pretty good for me overall.

      • Problem for me is Spotify lacks a toggle for explicit content. :(

  • i didnt know you could use apple music on an android - how does that work? Has the world ended?
