I just had a look at their facebook page and it looks like they are ezibuy but located in NZ. If you want to return anything it goes to NZ.

It says use the return address envelope provider but then says apply postage , does that mean we pay ?
I'm pretty sure I saw something on their facebook about the customer paying postage. I'm wondering though if you paid with paypal if you could use their free return shipping?

@strikerzebra: I haven't used the free returns thing at paypal but you would think it would be. Might be worth investigating. I can't imagine posting something to NZ would be cheap - if local postage prices are anything to go by.
I used the paypal return shipping refund scheme, you just have to be very clear when you send the item, take photos of the return address, of the receipt , the tracking number etc
Dissappointed that everything goes through then you get an email saying which items you will actually receive due to stock levels… no christmas tree for me :(

Agreed. I placed 2 orders and I am very happy with the items and the price. Small issue with delivery on second order but it all arrived in the end.
