  Anyone confirm how to pay using a non Bankwest Platinum/28 Degrees card and avoid the charge for AUD payment in a foreign country (DCC charge?)

  If I pay via Paypal, does Paypal charge as a DCC payment and my credit card charge me a forex fee?
