  • Should I get X50 or Body War Lean from a cutting perspective. I've stopped taking pre-workouts recently and have Dust V2 but it basically makes me unable to sleep at all. I tried a X50 sample and it give me a decent push so I wanna build my tolerance to caffeine by going into the greentea supplements.

I was looking to get X50 last week but now that this has came up should I try Body War Lean?

    • Both TX100 and Lean Tea are stronger and have more serves (well, Lean Tea does with 64 vs 60 serve GTX50, the 90 serve is good val at that price). Lean Tea has the best taste in my opinion, but Super Berry TX100 is quite nice. We could throw some samples of TX100 in if you decide to go with the Lean Tea/GTX50 so you can try it out. Also a side note that Lean Tea has guarana so sleeping might be an issue if you train later on in the day.

This graphic here also compares Lean Tea vs the competitors, not that the others are bad at all, mainly comes down to a matter of preference: http://cdn.stack3d.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/comapre.jp…

      • I just bought X50 since 90 serve is pretty good value didn't wanna risk lean tea and end up not liking it, but hoping you guys could send me a sample of it or others if you got it. I'll probably just go back to preworkout after the 90 serves but I'll see, I also ordered a PHD Pharma Whey 5lb on ebay off eletro.tunes i don't suppose you're the same guys? Since I got an invoice/confirmation from you guys last time.

Haha if you guys are the same you can bundle everything together in a care package with samples <3

Are BCAAs still worth taking separately if you are taking protein powder?

    • Yes but it also depends, BCAA's are commonly taken intraworkout as a separate drink to protein. BCAAs have calories, while BCAA's themselves won't make you lose lots of weight, diet and nutrition will. Adding calories to what you are already ingesting doesn't make much sense for a fat loss goal unless you need the aminos, as may be the case if you are on a severe calorie deficit with inadequate protein, and most likely low carbs and seeking to preserve endurance performance under fasted, low-glycogen conditions. The BCAA's in food etc are not the same. They are peptide bonded whereas supplements like these contains free-form aminos. Basically this means the aminos get into the blood and to the muscles for repair much faster than those in your food. This is why it is very ideal to drink during training to replenish what you lose.

  • can you send me samples as well OP?

    • Of course!

  • whats the expire date of BCAA Sensation?
