Yeah I saw that before I posted, but I don't have EA Access so this deal is good for people who only have Xbox Live Gold (and want a permanent digital copy)
And with EA access, you can only play it while you maintain your EA Access subscription
Yeah this is why I said permanent digital copy, I haven't done the maths but I wonder if it'll end up costing more to buy a permanent copy with the 10% EA Access discount
It will be free for those with EA access via the vault on July 12. I'd say wait and buy a month of EA access if necessary

Looks beautiful. Can anybody recommend any other side scrollers with great art like this and Ori?
Limbo was beautiful, way too short, but stunning noir graphically…it was a nice freebie on GwG a couple of months ago! Apparently the sequel Inside is outstanding as well, when the price drops on that I will bite!
Max: Curse of Brotherhood is also impressive graphically, and a pretty good game/puzzler too, and it's usually cheap as chips at places like cdkeys & g2a! :)
Ah yes Max is cheap for a reason.. I tried to buy it from two different sites two days ago, tried four different keys and they had all been used previously… Inside and Limbo look pretty good! I'll keep an eye out for any cheap copies. Thank you!
Spewing…cdkeys is normally legit, did you try them?
If you really want it, I would go for the 360 version; there's negligible difference to my eye, it's backwards compatible, and it's a princely AUD$1.94 at cdkeys ATM…certainly not a record low, but cheaper than a cup of coffee! ;)
[edit] Hang on a tic, if you search ebay you'll find a pretty reasonable looking Polish seller doing the XB1 version for AUD$1.71 with instant delivery.

I also forgot to mention my other favourite side-scrolling puzzler, Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack…it's not as graphically stunning as some of the others we've mentioned, but it's a hell of a lot of fun. :)
This game has always intrigued me but I've never quite been convinced to pull the trigger… might have to take another look.
