This bundle showed up as free for me and included this dlc and a bunch of others.
Edit: description may point to it being free due to me having EA Access

I think the XBOX One game needs Gold to get it free.

Title still misleading. It's only free for PC gamers.
Those with a console need to pay a yearly subscription fee for XB Gold to get access to this.
Seeing as the game is multiplayer focused and the DLC is multiplayer-only content if you are planning on playing this online you would need an xbox gold subscription regardless.

The other three DLC's mentioned have yet to be offered.
If you are extremely lucky they may offer all the DLC's again for those that missed it, just prior to the Battlefield One launch in October.
